We are consistently changing our famous vineyard platter to match seasonal produce available to us. How lucky are we, living here amongst all this lovely fresh fruits, vegetables, and a fresh trout farm down the road. We now include our Galafrey home made mustards to go with a double smoked ham. And our peach chardonnay chutney dip has had rave reviews from our lunchtime diners. Maybe next year, if we have a good season we will produce it for people to take home.
