If you enjoy powerful red wine with mega flavour then you will love wine that is dry grown. If you have not yet experienced this sublime pleasure then welcome to an amazing new world that is hard to return from. Once sampled dry grown wines are never forgotten and though a rare in this commercial climate, a select few wineries in WA use this fruit mainly due to cost. Basically it means non irrigated which means you get small yields, small berries but each one is a power pack of flavour. Think of it like supermarket tomatoes against one of those beautiful home grown tomatoes, one full of flavour!
All of our Red Wines come from our 43 Year old Dry Grown Vineyard. If you are looking for a wine to cellar you can't go past our Cabernet Sauvignon which can aged up to 15+ Years. Our Region is most well-known for Shiraz and ours is excellent. And my personal favourite is Pinot but it is in short supply. The Cabernet Merlot is also excellent especially for the price. There are many to choose from and you won't be disappointed. Cheers
Hand Picked fruit from our "young Shiraz block" which is 20 plus years old and dry grown. This has very attractive, whole-bunch influence, which delivers poached raspberries and strawberries, as well as nice, spicy elements. It shows all the classic cool climate characteristic of vegetable draw, earthy and mulberry leaves. On the palate it has dry elegant tannins nicely integrated with fresh sweet berry fruit.

The Jovial 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc in a bold, brooding, rich form. It's no featherweight, solid stuff. Dark cassis and black cherry with a plethora of savoury nuisance ranging from mint to bay, cedar to leather and oaky spice.

100% Cabernet Franc from our Dry Grown Vineyard, we have 9 rows. The medium bodied wine has lovely juicy fresh choc mint characteristics, mouth filling with a dry elegant finish. Lots of Natural tannins, no oak or tannin additions just a bit of extra time on skins.
