Fragrant floral notes with a combination of rose petals and Turkish Delight. Dry, rounded palate with floral notes and finishing with a clean fresh taste. It has an appealing texture and good refreshing palate length and a clean finish.

VINEYARD
Made from fruit brought in froma well established local vineyard down the road. The Great Southern area will be showing great ripeness and power not often seen in our wines. Look for great floral aromas in whites, intensity and power in reds
VINTAGE COMMENTS
After a dry spring we had cool conditions this vintage providing a perplexing vintage of both a dry and cool vintage in one. I have never seen one like it before. After a very dry but mild summer we had cool conditions during vintage. Temperatures were low but so was the rainfall providing both dry and cool conditions for the grapes. Whites look excellent. While reds will be lower in volume, pH and alcohol.
WINEMAKING
Made from Shiraz Grapes grown at the local High School. Hand Picked and pressed straight away into a Rose style. Fermented into older oak barrels. Minimal additions, filtered and bottled straight away for freshness.
